These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kg999clear platform and all its services. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Account Management

Account Verification

We reserve the right to verify identity at any time. Documents such as a national identity card, passport or bank statement may be requested for verification. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold if verification is not completed in time.

Inactive Accounts

If an account has had no login or transaction for 12 months, it will be considered inactive. A maintenance charge may apply to inactive accounts. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be permanently closed.

Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or a deposit of ৳42,000 will earn the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. This means that for a bonus of ৳1,000, a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved on the kg999clear platform.
• The actual balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device or IP address are not permitted.
• Each promotion may have its own terms, which will be stated on the relevant page.
• kg999clear reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.

VIP Program

The kg999clear VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can move up to a higher tier through continued active play. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum and 0.8% at Diamond. VIP benefits are subject to change and the latest information can be found on the platform.

Payments and Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

kg999clear accepts deposits through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. Approved payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• To withdraw a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, a withdrawal may be temporarily held for review.
• kg999clear will not be liable for delays caused by issues with a bank or payment provider.

Currency

All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion rate may apply for transactions in other currencies.

Game and Betting Rules

General Gaming Policy

• If a game round is cancelled due to a software error, technical issue or network disconnection, the bet for that round will be returned.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform and an account will be closed if such behaviour is detected:

• Attempting to breach any security measure of the platform.
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds.

Limitation of Liability

In any dispute, the maximum compensation will be limited to the value of the matter in question.
